Our certified notary travels to your preferred location, or connects online for Remote Online Notarizations (RON). Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready—such as a driver’s license or U.S. passport—to meet Ohio’s legal requirements.

Once your identity is verified, the notary will witness your signature, record it in the notary journal, and finalize the documents in full compliance with Ohio law. You’ll receive a smooth, professional signing experience from start to finish.
